Happy Christmas

Since we´ve lived here, we´ve started own own Christmas traditions. One of them is going out for lunch sometime in December when everything is decorated for Christmas, like the shopping centre in Ourense as you can see in the pictures.
17 Years ago, when we came here, there were no Christmas decorations nor celebrations, just a fantastic family dinner on Christmas eve and a holiday on the 25th and that was it.
Nowadays everybody has a Christmas tree and decorates their home from the inside and often from the outside as well. All the shops and shopping malls are beautifully decorated and Santa Claus even has a mailbox in every post office.

We enjoy the Christmas time very much, watch a Christmas movie, have a Christmas meal and a treat ourselfs to a very nice cherry-pie which Herman is going to bake. Probably like everybody reflect a little on all that has happened this year and think about what we want for next year. Develop our website a little further and write more blogs is one of those things……
